Yes, But.

But.  A part of speech that joins two thoughts together, and most often links a positive to a negative.  “The sky was blue, but, rainclouds were rapidly forming on the horizon.”  I’ve tried to think of a “but” that was followed by a positive, and I’m coming up empty.  Denise Fenzi has captured the rumblings that roll around in my head in her excellent blog post.  The message is timely, and needs to be taken to heart if you seek to improve your Agility Mindset.
